what does turnaround time look like?

Our goal is for every client to be totally satisfied with their booking. Our turnaround time depends on the type of coverage and deliverables requested. For most shoots, highlight content and select photos are delivered within 48 hours, while full galleries and mixtapes are typically delivered within 3–10 days. Larger projects may require additional time

Are bookings final sale?

Refunds are available within 48 hours of the scheduled event as long as travel or filming has not started. Once travel to the event begins or coverage has started, all bookings become final sale. If you need to cancel or make changes, please notify us as soon as possible

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods, including cash, debit/credit cards, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and checks. If you have a preferred payment method, feel free to ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate

What happens if my event schedule changes?

We understand circumstances are at time out of your control. Please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust coverage to match the updated schedule, depending on availability

Where are you based? Do you travel?

We are professionally based in Shreveport & Baton Rouge with operations across Louisiana. Travel for tournaments, games, and special events is available upon request
